📢Annual Conference Update❗

If you haven’t booked your room for the AIBD Annual Design & Build Conference yet, this is your sign to act immediately.

Because we are staying at the stunning Metropolitan at The 9—a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Cleveland—overall room availability is incredibly limited. In fact, our original block of standard king and double standard rooms ($219/night) has officially sold out.

To make sure our community is taken care of, we’ve secured a small, secondary block of King Suites for $269/night (plus taxes/fees). However, we were only able to lock in 10 of these suites per night, and they are moving fast.

⚠️ CRITICAL BOOKING INSTRUCTION TO SAVE $50+ PER NIGHT: There is a temporary quirk with the hotel’s online reservation link. If you leave the arrival and departure dates at their default settings on the screen, the system will bypass our block and show you the hotel's "general public" rates (which are much higher).

  • The Fix: You must manually click into the reservation fields and readjust your check-in/check-out dates. Once you refresh the dates, the correct contracted AIBD rate of $269 for the King Suite will appear.

The absolute deadline to grab one of these remaining suites is July 8, or whenever those rooms sell out—whichever comes first.

Don't get left out in the cold (or paying standard boutique retail rates). Click below to secure your suite now:
