FinCEN Removes BOI Reporting Requirements for US Companies and US Persons
The Department of Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (“FinCEN”) issued an interim final rule under the Corporate Transparency Act (“CTA”) to eliminate the requirement for U.S. companies and U.S. persons to report any beneficial ownership information (“BOI”) to FinCEN under the CTA.
This has been a moving target since its beginning. We'll continue to do our best to monitor the FinCEN and report any new updates.

Nominations Committee Seeks Officer and Director Nominations
The Nominating Committee is opening the 2025/26 Board of Directors nominations on April 1. You are invited to step forward or nominate a fellow member who embodies the spirit of leadership and commitment to our community. Visit AIBD.org/boardform to submit your nomination. Following your submission, kindly encourage an AIBD Professional Member to "second" your nomination by forwarding this email to them.
