Smooth, Quiet, and Dependable

Smooth, Quiet, and Dependable

Summit Automation is dedicated to bringing convenience, elegance, and luxury to living spaces. We are the makers of the world’s best, smart, and AI-based window and door automation systems that open your windows and doors effortlessly, backed by exceptional Customer care.

Our goal is to make automation adaptable to the architectural and structural realities of the opening while keeping the system discreet and easy to integrate.

Flexible motor placement to accommodate structural conditions

Standard Motor – Fits within a 10″ minimum stud bay to the left or right of the opening, or within a 10″ extended pocket behind stacked doors.

• K2 Motor – Designed for installations where stud space is limited. It fits between the flanges of an I-beam or within a steel tube, mounted above the door rough opening with the drive shaft positioned approximately 3″ from the jamb on either side of the lead panel track centerline.

• FMS Motor – Mounts directly on the back jamb at the center of the lead panel, making it ideal for concrete or CMU construction where motors cannot be placed outside the frame.

Clean integration of system components

  • Control Box – Located in a data/AV/mechanical closet, up to 100′ cable length from the door system.
  • Wall Switch – Installed on either side of the opening within the natural walking path for intuitive operation.
  • Motion Sensor – Typically positioned within track 2 at the center of the lead panel on the exterior side of the system.
  • Additional sensors can be incorporated as required by the project.

We invent, engineer, manufacture, and supply automation systems for those who demand the very best. Our accomplished team of highly qualified engineers delivers superior automation solutions worldwide, designed for seamless integration into new construction or retrofit applications during renovations. We are proud to be a family-owned, veteran-owned company that manufactures its products in the USA.

Our smooth, quiet, and dependable door and window automation systems are preferred by leading architects, designers, builders, and installers globally.
