The Hidden Building Code Violation in Your Shower Design

It sounds like a plan reviewer called Steve out recently, and he didn't have a response other than to say, "Oops!" You probably haven't been making this same mistake. But if you have, you may have been doing it unknowingly for decades. 😮 (00:02:15)

Industry News

Employment Situation News Release

Payroll employment rose by 177,000 in April; the unemployment rate was 4.2%.

This suggests that the labor market is still adding jobs, but at a slower pace than earlier in the year, and that the pool of available workers is stable.

Despite a stable unemployment rate, client confidence in the residential architecture sector may be fragile.

Discuss phased approaches or design options with clients that allow for adjustments if market conditions shift.
