AIBD Annual Conference – More Details Coming Soon


We’re getting ready to bring the residential design community together again for the AIBD Annual Conference in Cleveland, Ohio, July 29–August 1, 2026. This is AIBD’s central gathering for building designers, industry professionals, and partners, with a strong focus on advocacy, certification, education, networking, and recognition.

We’re finalizing sessions, speakers, special events, and partner opportunities now, and we’ll be announcing more in the coming weeks. You can already preview the dates, location, and core schedule on the conference page so you can start planning your trip and blocking your calendar.

Here’s what we can share so far:

  • Dates: Wednesday, July 29 – Saturday, August 1, 2026
  • Location: Metropolitan at the 9, 2017 E 9th St, Cleveland, OH 44115
  • Format: Annual business meetings, Design+Build Cleveland education, networking events, an architectural tour, and the American Residential Design Awards Gala Dinner.
