Announcing the ARDA Winners

The American Residential Design Awards Committee revealed its 2025 honorees on Saturday evening.

David Charlez Designs’ project, Woodlane Modern, earned the prestigious Best in Show award, showcasing its excellence and standout design.

For the fourth year in a row, AIS Designs co. has earned the prestigious Global Choice Award for their exceptional project, Rising Heights.

Brandon Clokey Named AIBD Designer of the Year

We are proud to announce Brandon Clokey as the 2025 Designer of the Year. Recognized for his outstanding contributions as ARDA Chairman, AIBD Ambassador to the Build Chicago Expo, and author of a children’s book on building design, Brandon’s dedication to advancing the Institute is truly inspiring.

Five New Fellows Inducted

Also, as a part of Saturday's awards gala, five new certified Professional Members of AIBD were inducted into the College of Fellows.

What’s in the ROAD to Housing Act of 2025?
