Big Win For AIBD Codes & Standards Committee

A two-year-plus battle with Broward County, Florida, has resulted in a substantial victory for Building Designers.

Jack Butler (AIBD Codes and Standards Committee Chair), who led advocacy efforts through lawsuits and proposals, called the approval a “significant step” but emphasized the need for consistent enforcement.

Average Rate on 30-Year Mortgage Drops to Lowest Level Since October

While lower mortgage rates offer hope for increased business, affordability and a slow market recovery still present hurdles. Stay agile and watch rate trends, as further drops could stimulate even more activity.
