Housing Outlook: Sales Hit 9-Month Low in June

The housing market is cooling down from its post-pandemic highs, but affordability challenges continue to limit sales. Multifamily construction is thriving compared to single-family homes, and inventory levels are the most balanced in five years. However, prices remain high due to ongoing supply constraints.

AI In Home Building: Still in Its Infancy, But Gaining Ground

The NAHB/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index survey shows that AI adoption in single-family home building is still minimal as of July 2025.

Early adoption trends point to marketing and planning as the main entry points for future growth.
