Designers came together, shared real challenges, and walked away with actionable insights from peers who've been in the trenches. The energy was proof that peer-to-peer connection is exactly what our community needs.

Missed it? No problem. We're having another one.

Here's the truth: we're tired of one-way webinars.

Webinars exploded after 2020, and now most professionals spend hours every week in virtual presentations. The result is webinar fatigue: people are overwhelmed by back‑to‑back online sessions and tired of being talked at instead of involved.

That's why we created the AIBD Members Helping Members* Roundtable: a small, interactive space where everyone participates, asks questions, and learns from each other instead of just watching another slide deck.

Our pilot proved the concept works. Now we're expanding it, and we want you there for Round 2.

The Real Problems You Face:

• Design dilemmas that keep you up at night.
• A tricky client conversation you're not sure how to handle.
• A business decision that has you stuck.
• Or maybe it's something personal—burnout, growth, balance—that's weighing on you.

You know other designers face the same things, but there's rarely a space to actually talk about it with peers who get it.

Here's What We're Doing Differently:

We're creating an open, judgment-free space where AIBD members help AIBD members solve real problems. No product decks and sales pitches. Just designers pooling their hard-won experience to help each other navigate what's actually difficult.

Three Ways You Can Participate:

1. Submit a Question Anonymously (or Otherwise) — No time to prepare? That's fine. Throw your toughest question into the mix: design challenges, business strategy, personal growth, work-life questions. Anonymity is yours if you want it. Whatever gets asked, we'll discuss it together. Questions can be submitted ahead of time or during the live event.
2. Come Listen & Add Your Two Cents — Sometimes the best solution comes from an unexpected voice. You might not have submitted a question, but your perspective could be the insight that shifts someone's entire approach. Show up, listen, and contribute what you know.
3. Get Recognized As a Thought Leader — If you want credit for your insights, keep your name attached. Either way, you're helping shape the conversation.
